About the Role:
Join The Grout Medic of West Palm Beach as a Tile Setter, Grout Cleaning and Caulking Specialist, where you'll bring life back to tile surfaces with your skills and expertise. We are looking for passionate individuals to help deliver high-quality tile and caulking solutions to our valued customers in Wellington, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace tile in residential and commercial settings.
- Apply caulk and sealants to ensure waterproofing and aesthetic appeal.
- Knowledge of grout types, sealers, caulks and overall knowledge of grout and tile restoration
- Assess and prepare surfaces for tile installation, including leveling and cleaning.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
- Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Follow industry standards and best practices for tile setting and caulking.
- Stay updated on the latest materials and techniques in the tile industry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a tile setter or similar role in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of various tile types, installation methods, and caulking techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Clean driving record
- Clean appearance and professional demeanor
- Must be a fluent English speaker - Required; the job requires tile specialist to be able to have discussions and work through issues in English with customers
- Must be a US Citizen or have a valid work visa
- Someone looking for a long term career
- Located and living in Palm Beach County - Living in West Palm Beach/Wellington/Royal Palm Beach Preferred but not required
