- Use specialized tools and products (we’ll teach you every step).

Requirements
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK, CLEAN DRIVING RECORD & DRUG SCREEN
- EXPERIENCE working with your hands in a skilled trade is preferred ( Trim painter, Tile Installer, Handyman, Mechanic)
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle during training).
- Clean, professional appearance and communication.
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (occasional weekends).
- Clear spoken English.
- U.S. citizen or valid work visa.
- Clean driving record (MVR checked).
- Pass a background check.
- Physically able to walk for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable using mobile apps, email, and messaging tools.

Bonus Skills (Not Required but Valued)
- Tile or grout repair (6+ months experience)
- Familiarity with silicone caulks, grout types, or tile installation
- Experience repairing tile with water damage
