Who This Is For

  • You have skills in setting tiles, cleaning, grouting, demo work, using a wet saw, angle grinder, chisel set, impact hammer, paint brush.
  • Experience in redoing shower pans, applying epoxy grout, using snap tile cutter is a bonus
  • Women welcome. LGBTQ or straight—doesn’t matter.
  • Skills, accountability, and respect matter.

How We Hire (Simple + Honest)

What You’ll Do


  • Clean, repair, and restore tile & grout in homes
  • Re-grout, re-caulk, seal, and replace damaged tiles
  • Assist with small water repairs (training provided)
  • Speak with homeowners respectfully and explain options
  • Leave jobs clean and customers relieved
  • You don’t have to be a salesperson.
  • If you explain work clearly, you’ll earn more.

Pay (Clear + Fair)

  • Performance pay, biweekly
  • Expected earnings: $26–$40+/hr equivalent
  • Faster, cleaner work = higher pay
  • Booked ~2 weeks out
  • Part-time or full-time available
  • You control income through skill, not favoritism.

Schedule

  • When you're working a solo job, that depends on you
  • Most days 8:30–5
  • No nights
  • Optional Saturdays
  • Part-time flexibility. Need to know 5-10 days out

Gear & Tools

  • We provide equipment, uniforms, gloves, knee pads
  • You bring basic hand tools
  • No tools? We’ll front them and deduct slowly
  • Goal: get you earning fast—not gatekeep.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Hands-on experience (tile, grout, handyman, cleaning, trades)
  • Reliable transportation + valid license
  • Clean background (no theft/burglary)
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work on knees
  • Respect for people
