We’re looking for technicians who can sell and produce — like plumbers or HVAC pros. You meet the homeowner, quote the job, do the work, and get paid for results — not just hours.
If you can sell and produce, we’ll supply the tools, van, gear, insurance, leads, and helpers.
If you’re all talk or can’t respect others — don’t apply.
Skills:
Grouting/ Regrouting
Caulking/ Recaulking
Sealing grout with a 2" paint brush - walls, floors...sometimes ceilings
Water repair - removing tiles, adding backerboard, waterproofing, setting tiles, grouting
Replacing/ Repairing tiles
Replacing shower pans

Requirements
- 1–2 years in tile, grout, caulk, or another trade or strong attention to detail (handyman, cleaner, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
- Clean background (no theft or burglary)
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your knees
- Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
